Are Teachers Becoming Cyber Bully Victims?

I had a random thought as I was buzzing around the internet tonight about "You Tube" and it's role in the cyber bullying ring. As I was searching I found numerous video's on the effects or how to stop the problem. However, I wanted to know if anybody would post idea's or tips on how to be a more effective bully.
